WAY TO GO EUROPEAN RULES OF THE CIVIL PROCESS: TRANSFER OF PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS

This article highlights the results of a study of one of the working groups of the project whose task is to develop rules on the responsibilities of parties, representatives and judges, the basis of which was Principle 11 of the Principles of the Transnational Principles of Civil Procedure produced by the American Law Institute (ALI) and UNIDROIT.
