Стаття присвячена аналізу деяких соціологічних теорій девіантної поведінки, а саме: теорії культурного переносу Г. Тарда, теорії диференціальної асоціації Г. Сатерленда, теорії стигматизації і теорії конфлікту.

SOCIOLOGICAL THEORIES OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOR (theory of cultural transfer G. Tarde , differential association theory G. Sutherland, the theory of stigmatization, conflict theory)

This article analyzes the sociological theories of deviant behavior. Sociological explanations of deviant behavior included social and cultural factors on which people believe deviants. Cultural explanations (T.Selli, U.Miller) focused on the analysis of cultural values (deviations occur for Learning subculture norms that are contrary to the rules of the dominant culture). The theory of stigmatization or sticking labels (G. Becker) explain deviant behavior that influential groups have the opportunity to stick the labels "deviants" for representatives of less powerful groups. Conflictological approach (A.Turk, R.Kvinni) gives primary importance essence of society and its legal system (deviant is often rebels).
