Публікацію присвячено аналізу юридичної відповідальності, закріпленої у джерелах права Великого князівства Литовського та Речі Посполитої, що встановлювалася за вчинення злочинів проти християнської віри, сім'ї та моралі. Висловлено авторську стратифікацію системи покарань досліджуваної епохи.

THE SYSTEM OF PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME AGAINST CHURCH, FAMILY AND MORALS IN SOURCES OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LITHUANIAN AND POLISH-LITHUANIAN COMMONWEALTH

The publication is devoted to the analysis of legal responsibility enshrined in the sources of the right of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, established for the commission of crimes against the Christian faith, family and morals. The author's stratification of the punishment system of the studied epoch is stated.
