Розглянуто порівняльно-правові засади визначення поняття та ознак категорії "сім'я" у правовій доктрині та за законодавством України і Республіки Польща, аналізу підходів судової практики щодо застосування норм сімейного законодавства. Із позиції юридичної доктрини досліджено положення нормативно-правових актів у сфері сімейних відносин в Україні та окремих зарубіжних державах, визначено загальні тенденції та перспективи правового регулювання шлюбно-сімейних відносин у законодавстві України.

COMPARISON OF THE CONCEPT "FAMILY" IN THE LAW OF UKRAINE АND REPUBLIC OF POLAND

The article is devoted to the consideration of comparative and legal basis of the concept and features of category "family" in the legal doctrine and the legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland, to analysis of the approaches of judicial practice of application of the norms of family law.

This article from the perspective of legal doctrine examines the provisions of regulations of legal acts in the field of family relations in Ukraine and some foreign countries, the tendencies and prospects of legal regulation family relations in the legislation of Ukraine are determined.
