Стаття присвячена дослідженню специфічних особливостей правового регулювання відносин у сфері публічних закупівель, а також удосконаленню законодавства у сферах публічних закупівель та публічно-приватного партнерства. Пропонується уніфікований підхід до визначення суб'єктного складу відносин публічно-приватного партнерства. Досліджується міжнародний досвід створення так званих компаній "спеціального призначення".

PECULIARITIES OF LAW RELATIONS IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND PPP SPHERES UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

This article is devoted to the study of public procurement legal regulation's specific features, as well as improvement of legislation in the areas of public procurement system of Ukraine and public-private partnership. A unified approach to the definition of the public-private partnership relations' subject structure is proposed. The international experience of establishing so-called "special purpose" companies is being researched.
