Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблемних аспектів проведення врегулювання спору за участі судді в цивільному процесі України. Проаналізовано основні переваги та недоліки цієї процедури та запропоновано внести зміни до чинного цивільного процесуального законодавства України.

PROBLEM ASPECTS OF DISCUSSION BY THE PARTICIPATION OF THE JUDGE IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

The article is dedicated to the investigation of problematic aspects of the implementation of the dispute settlement procedure with the participation of a judge in the civil process in Ukraine. The main advantages and disadvantages of this procedure have been analyzed, and amendment to the current civil procedural legislation of Ukraine has been proposed.
